1. Drama is not permitted in the Parental Playground Forums
- Please refrain from speaking poorly against other members or websites in our forums or in the chatroom.
- We reserve the right to remove any topics or posts that violate Parental Playground's Mission Statement
- Repeat offenses may result in a temporary or permanent ban from the forums and chatroom.
2. Please do not advertise other websites in your signature.
- We permit our members to promote your referral-links or personal websites in your profiles, but not in your signatures. This allows our paid sponsors to receive the most for their donations towards running our website while still allowing forum members the ability to link to personal and business sites.
- We reserve the right to automatically remove any link we find inappropriate (i.e. pornography, hate sites, spam or virus sites, and other parenting message boards).
3. Forum Access
At 25 posts more forums will become viewable to you.
At 100 posts you will be able to see all forums.
At 100 posts you can request your own diary.
- You can have up to 8 sub forums
4. Karma
Karma is given by Admin to members for various reasons… mostly GREAT behavior and participation. If you do something or suggest something outstanding we will PM you to let you know why you got the Karma.
Bad Karma is given out when you are naughty!

5. Photo Contest
Anyone, including guests can enter our photo contest (click here for instructions on how to enter http://parentalplayground.com/contest/#howto)
Contest entries are $1
~You must have over 25 posts to vote/rate photos
~When voting RATE ALL entries, not just your own or your friends...this keeps it fair.
~When rating images, please DO IT FAIRLY. DO not give your entered photo a high score and everyone else's a low score. Look at each image and rate it fairly!
~Winners receive half the pot, 2nd & 3rd places receive free entry into the next contest.
~ONLY enter your OWN child, no nieces, nephews, or friends kids....
~PHOTOS must be taken by the person entering it, NO professional shots.
~Please use a different photo for each contest, once a photo has been entered it can not be entered again!
6. Dormant accounts
We will delete your account after 6 months of dormancy. Please feel free at any time to create a new account. You will receive 3 warning emails from us before your account will be deleted. If you do not want your account deleted, please let us know so we can extend the dormancy period for you.
7. Spoilers in the Square baby Sitter
If you are starting a new post, please include the word "spoiler" in your title. If you are replying to a post that is already there, please type "spoiler" at the top of your message, enter down at least 5 times, and then post your spoiler.
8. User Names
we do not allow a .com as part of your user name. We view this as advertising and if you wish to advertise on our site please contact our Admin of Sponsors.
9. Signatures
In order to make the forum more enjoyable for all, we have restricted the size of signatures.
- Maximum Width of Images: 600 pixels
- Maximum Height of Images: 400 pixels
- Maximum Font Size: 3
- Maximum Number of Line Breaks: 15
10. Diaries
- You can request a diary after 100 posts.
- You will be able to view other diaries after 100 posts
- You can choose your own forum graphic
- We reserve the right to delete diary Subforum after two months of inactivity.
- We reserve the right to delete entire diary forum after 6 months of inactivity.
